Berry Red Velvet Cake

INGREDIENTS LIST

Experience the exquisite flavors of our Berry Red Velvet Cake. Featuring a base of Tegral Satin Moist Red Velvet Cake, this cake is filled with luscious Vivafil Strawberry and topped with a shiny layer of Glasse Strawberry. Finished with a smooth Ambiante cream cheese frosting, it perfectly combines the richness of red velvet with the sweetness of berries, offering a delectable and satisfying bite that caters to modern tastes.

PREPARATION

CAKE BASE
  1. Fitted with a Paddle attachment, Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl then mix until well incorporated.
  2. Transfer in an 8x3 pan with lined parchment paper..
  3.  Bake at 180℃ for 50mins or until a skewer inserted comes out clean.

 

CREAM CHEESE FROSTING

  1. Whip the cream to stiff peaks.

 

TO ASSEMBLE: Cut the cake into 3 layers, fill each layer with strawberry cream and strawberry filling. Frost the cake with strawberry cream frosting. Frost the cake with the same cream. Freeze for 2 hours, Glaze the cake with Glasse strawberry. Decorate as desired.
