PROCEDURE

  • Mix the first 5 ingredients using paddle attachment for 3 minutes at medium speed until homogenous batter.  Pour the mixture in an  8”in round pan with a wax paper liner.
  • Bake at 180⁰-200⁰C for 20-40 minutes or until a cake tester inserted in the center of the cake comes  out clean . Let it cool .
  • Use Carat Ganache as a filling and covering of the cake. Dust some cocoa powder on top.
  • Add chocolate decorations on top and on the sides using Carat coins dark and Carat coins white.
