PROCEDURE

  • Mix together all the ingredients in a spiral mixer for 4 minutes low speed then 8 minutes on high speed or until the gluten is fully developed.
  • Rest the dough for 15-20 mins.
  • Roll the dough using rolling pin the cut with heart shape cutter.
  • Proof for 30-45 minutes the fry until golden brown. Let it cool.
  • Melt the Carat Coverlux White in the microwave with 30 seconds interval.
  • Mix the chocolate with the pink food color.
  • Dip in the donuts then decorate with sprinkles or heart shape candies.
