PROCEDURE

  • Mix the Tegral Daily Muffin, eggs, oil and water until homogenous. Pipe in a cupcake mold with liner and bake for 15-18 minutes 180°C. Set aside.
  • Mix the Tegral Soft’r Donut, yeast and water until the gluten is fully developed.
  • Rest for 15 minutes the roll using a rolling pin then cut using donut cutter.
  • Proof for 30-45 minutes then fry until golden brown. Let it cool.
  • Dip the donuts into Carat Coverlux white then put sprinkles on top.
  • Dust the cupcakes with powdered sugar then place the donut on top.
