Fancy Vanilla Muffin - Puratos

Ingredients

PROCEDURE

Mix the 1st four ingredients using paddle attachment for 4-5 minutes at medium speed until homogenous batter. Pour the mixture in a 2oz baking pan with cupcake liner.
Pipe the Vivafil of your choice in the center of the mocha batter. Bake at 180⁰C for 20-25 minutes or until a cake tester inserted in the center of the cake comes out clean . Let it cool.
Whisk the chilled Ambiante in a planetary mixer using wire whisk attachment for 3-4 minutes medium speed.
Pipe it on top of the muffin with the pippin tip of your choice. Decorate it and enjoy!
