Calamansi Custard Loaf

Savor the vibrant flavors of our Calamansi Custard Loaf. Built on a base of Tegral Satin Creme Cake and filled with luscious Cremfil Vanilla custard, this loaf perfectly balances the tartness of calamansi with the smooth sweetness of vanilla. Ideal for those who love a refreshing yet indulgent treat, it offers a delightful and satisfying bite that appeals to modern tastes.

PREPARATION

BATTER
  1. Fitted with a Paddle attachment, Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl then mix until well incorporated.
  2. Fill 450g of batter into  6 inch loaf pan.
  3. Sprinkle the crumble on top.
  4.  Bake at 190℃ for 40 mins or until a skewer inserted comes out clean.

 

CALAMANSI CUSTARD

  1. Mix all the ingredients together.

 

CRUMBLE

  1. Combine and mix the sugar and flour together.
  2. Melt the butter then pour into the mixture until it forms a crumble.

 

CALAMANSI GLAZE

  1. Mix all the ingredients together.
