Strawberry Lustrous Cake


PROCEDURE: Red Velvet Cake Base
  • Mix together all the ingredients using paddle attachment for 3 minutes or until homogeneous.
  • Place in an 8 inch round molder then bake for 45 minutes in 180°C.
  • Let it cool. 

PROCEDURE: Filling & Topping
  • Whip the Ambiante until medium peak.
  • Pipe in the Vivafil Strawberry, Carat Ganache and whipped Ambiante alternately.
  • Cover the cake with whipped Ambiante then chill for about 15-20 minutes.
  • Mix the half of the Miroir Neutra with red food color then put in the remaining Miroir then pour it on the top of the cake.
