Ingredients

PROCEDURE Filling 1
Mix all dry ingredients until gluten is fully developed. Rest the dough for 30 mins. Cut the dough into 60 grams. Pipe Cremfil Ultim Chocolate as filling and Cremyvit below. Baking Time is 12-15 mins. Baking temp is 180 degree celcius.

PROCEDURE Filling 2
Put the Cremfil Ultim Chocolate in pastry bag, then pipe one by one 5gms of each dough. Cremyvit’s ratio is 375g : 1 liter of cold water
