Working Method

Base
  • Mix all ingredients until gluten has developed.
  • Then add the Cranberries.
  • Resting time is 30 mins., then cut into desired weight.
  • Shaping is optional, it will depend on the moulder.
  • Proofing Time - 60 min.
  • Baking Time - 15 min. at 180°C.
