PROCEDURE

  • Mix all  dry ingredients until gluten is fully developed, then rest the dough for 30 mins. Cut the dough into 600 grams,
  • Pipe Cremfil Vanilla as filling and topping.
  • Baking Time is 12-15 mins. Baking temp is 180 degree Celsius.
