Dripping Cake

Ambiante 500
Carat Ganache 400
Ingredients total 1900


  • Mix together all the ingredients in a spiral mixer until homogenous.
  • Place it in a 8 inch round molder the bake for 30-45 minutes. Let it cool.
  • Cut the cake into two then spread the Carat Ganache in between.
  • Whip the Ambiante and cover the cake. Chill for about 15-30 minutes.
  • Melt the Carat Ganache into the microwave for 10 secs.
  • Pipe the melted Carat Ganache on top then spread it and let it drip.
  • Pipe the remaining whipped Ambiante on top of the cake then top it with some chocolate decorations.
