Brownie Lollipop



  • Combine all the ingredients except Carat Dark Coins in a mixing bowl and mix for 2minutes low speed and 3 minutes medium speed using paddle attachment.
  • Pour batter in a 14x18x1 jelly roll pan with grease proof paper.
  • Bake at 180*C for 30 minutes. Let Cool.
  • Cut the brownies using round shape cookie cutter.
  • Dip the paper straw into the melted Carat Chocolate Coins before inserting it to the round shaped brownie. This will help hold the brownie with the straw.
  • Coat the brownie lollipop using the melted dark Carat Coins by dipping the whole brownie pop into the melted chocolate.
  • Lay down the coated brownie pop onto the chocolate transfer sheets for some design.
