PROCEDURE

  • Mix the ingredients using hook attachment, 3 mins. slow then 8 mins. high speed or until we reach the window pane. Rest for 30 mins. 
  • Cut into 660gms and divide it into four then Braid it.
  •  Place in the loaf pan Final Proofing 60not 90 minutes.
  • Brush with Sunset Glaze. Bake for 25 mins at 180°C
