Brioche Loaf



  • Mix the ingredients using hook attachment, 3 mins. Slow then 8 mins. High speed or until we reach the window pane or the gluten has been developed.
  • Rest for 20 mins. Then scale into 100 gms. Roll like a ball then place 3pcs each in a loaf molder
  • Rest for 45 minutes to 1 hour then brush with Sunset Glaze. Bake for 18-20 minutes at 180°C.


May add ham, cheese, bell pepper & onions on top for savory taste
