Sunset Cream Cake


PROCEDURE: Moist Golden cake
  • Mix all the ingredients using a paddle attachment for 4-5 minutes at medium speed until a homogenous batter.  Pour the mixture in an  8” round pan with a grease proof paper liner.
  • Bake at 180⁰C for 30-45 minutes or until a cake tester inserted in the center of the cake comes  out clean . Let it cool . Cut into layers up to 2 or 3 tiers.

  • Whipped the chilled Ambiante using wire whisk for 5 minutes. Medium speed.
  • Alternately spread the Vivafil Strawberry, whipped Ambiante and Vivafil Mango for the filling of the cake.
  • Cover the cake with the remaining whipped Ambiante then glace the whole cake using Strawberry  glasse and Mango Glasse; spreading it alternately.
  • Decorate it with Carat Chocolate decorations.
