PROCEDURE

  • Mix together all the ingredients until homogeneous.
  • Pipe the mixture into a round shallow molder the bake for 10-13 minutes. Let it cool.
  • Spread the Carat Ganache in between two cake round base.
  • Chill for about and hour.
  • Melt the chocolate in the microwave with 30 seconds interval.
  • Coat the chilled base with the melted chocolate.
