PROCEDURE

  • Mix together Tegral Satin Moist Mocha, eggs, oil and water until homogenous.
  • Pipe in a small square molds the bake in 180°C for 15-18 minutes. Let it cool.
  • Melt the Carat Coverlux Dark in the microwave with 30 seconds interval.
  • Dip in the cake and let it set.
  • Whip the Ambiante until soft peak then fold in the Carat Ganache.
  • Pipe on top of the dipped cupcake then dust with Puratos Special Cocoa.
