Ube Oreo Cheesecake


PROCEDURE: Moist Ube cake
  • Mix all the ingredients using a paddle attachment for 4 to 5 minutes at medium speed until a homogenous batter.  Pour the mixture in a 12 x 16” jelly roll pan with a grease proof paper liner.
  • Bake at 180⁰C for 20 minutes or until a cake tester inserted in the center of the cake comes out clean . Let it cool . Cut sponge about 6” round using mousse ring molds.

PROCEDURE: Ube Oreo Cheesecake batter
  • Bloom gelatin in 2 tbsp. cold water. Then melt
  • Mix all remaining ingredients until smooth. Add the melted gelatin. Mix well.
  • Pour into prepared pans. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours. Garnish with some Carat Chocolate decorations.
