Classic Cheesecake

INGREDIENTS LIST

Indulge in the ultimate classic cheesecake experience with a rich and creamy deli cheesecake filling, perfectly complemented by a buttery Mimetic 20 crust. Topped with elegant Ambiante decorations, this dessert is a feast for both the eyes and the palate.

PREPARATION

Crushed Grahams
Combine Crushed Graham and brown sugar. Melt mimetic 20 then fold into dry mixture. Laminate the graham crackers into 5mm .
 
Cheesecake
Beat the cheesecake filling and sugar until light and fluffy. Switch to low speed and gradually add eggs. Slowly add-in the cream, mixing until well Homogenous. Pour the batter on Graham Crackers. Bake in a water bath for 2.5 hours at 160C top, 190C bottom heat. Once set, but still jiggly in the center, turn off oven and leave inside the oven with door/vent open for 45 mins. Chill overnight before unmolding.
 
Deocations
Whip the Ambiante cream to a stiff peak and pipe.
