PREPARATION

BATTER
  1. Fitted with a Paddle attachment, Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl then mix until well incorporated.
  2. Fill 350g of batter into 6 inch loaf pan.
  3. Sprinkle the crumble on top.
  4.  Bake at 190℃ for 40 mins or until a skewer inserted comes out clean.

CINNAMON CRUMBLE

  1. Combine and mix the sugar and flour together, melt the butter then pour into the mixture until it forms a crumble.
