Matcha Cookie Dough Procedure

  • Mix the ingredients until it is homogenous and form into a dough then add other ingredients.
  • Portion into 40g each then place another chunk of chocolate or toppings before baking. 
  • Bake at 190C top then 170 bottom for 12 minutes, be careful not to overbake.
  • Let it rest then serve.
  • Pipe and stick the spookie eye toppers on top.
