PREPARATION

Crust and Batter

•Line a banana leaf in a muffin molder then add some cookie crumbs with butter to form a crust.

•Mix Deli Cheesecake, whole eggs, Festipak and lime zest until homogenous then carefully place the mixture in each banana leaf cups.

•Line with toppings.

 

Toppings

•Chop up the chocolate into chunks and add the chopped nuts.  Mix into the cookie batter before baking.
