Procedure

In a mixing bowl with paddle attachment, combine all ingredients together until if forms into a dough, cover the dough with plastic wrap then chill for 30 minutes. Transfer the dough into silicone mat or parchment paper then roll into 4 mm, cut into desired shape of tart molder. Freeze for 30 minutes before baking. Bake in a deck oven at 180°C for 50 - 60 minutes or until desired color
