PREPARATION

Graham Crackers

Combine Crushed Graham and brown sugar. Melt mimetic 20 then fold into dry mixture. Laminate the graham crackers into 5mm 

 
Cheesecake
Beat the cheesecake filling and sugar until light and fluffy. Switch to low speed and gradually add eggs. Slowly add-in the cream, mixing until well Homogenous. Pour the batter on Graham Crackers. Bake in a water bath for 2.5 hours at 160C top, 190C bottom heat. Once set, but still jiggly in the center, turn off oven and leave inside the oven with door/vent open for 45 mins. Chill overnight before unmolding.
 
Blueberry Topping
Add the Topfil Blueberry 50% on top of the baked Cheesecake.
 
ASSEMBLING:

In a pre-greased ring, press down the Graham Cracker, and let it cool down. Add the Deli Cheesecake 2,0 and bake. When baked, allow it to cool down and let the cheesecake mature overnight. Add the Topfil Wild Blueberry 60% before serving.
