Blueberry Muffins

Experience the delightful taste of our Blueberry Muffin. Made with a base of Tegral Satin Creme Cake and filled with Topfil Blueberry 50%, this muffin offers a perfect blend of moist, tender cake and juicy blueberry filling. Ideal for those who love a classic treat with a fruity twist, it promises a delicious and satisfying bite that caters to modern tastes.

PREPARATION

MUFFIN BASE
  1. Combine all the Ingredients together. 
  2. Mix for 4 minutes at medium speed. 
  3. Transfer 60g of batter to each muffin cups. 
  4. Fill the top with Topfil Blueberry and  Sprinkle with streusel. 
  5. Bake at 180C for 25 minutes. Let it cool. 
  6. Sprinkle with Powdered Sugar.

 

STREUSEL TOPPING

  1. Combine and mix the sugar and flour together, melt the butter then pour into the mixture until it forms a crumble.
