Red Velvet Fudge Slice

PROCEDURE

  1. Prepare 12-14 brownie pan, properly greased/ lined with parchment paper. Preheat oven at 180C.
  2. Mix all brownie ingredients, beating for 4-6 mins, until smooth. Pour a thin layer into molds. Chill for 10 mins.
  3. Combine all red velvet ingredients, beating until smooth. Pour batter over the brownie layer, about ¾ full.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes. Let cool.
  5. Slice into 2x3 slices.
  6. Decorate with chocolate, fruits, nuts and the like.
