PROCEDURE

  • Mix all  dry ingredients until gluten is fully developed. Rest the dough for 30 mins. Cut the dough into 60 grams. Rest and proof. Baking Time is 12-15 mins. Baking temp is 180 degree Celsius.
  • Assemble the burger according to your preferred spread and fillings.
