Coco-Ube Donut


  • Mix the ingredients using hook attachment, 3 mins. Slow then 8 mins. High speed or until we reach the window pane.
  • Rest for 20 mins. Then scale into 30g, roll and rest again for another 15 mins.
  • Flat the dough then cut with the donut cutter.
  • Rest for 30-45 minutes then fry for 30 seconds in each sides or until golden brown.

PROCEDURE: Filling & Topping
  • Mix the Powdered Sugar, water and food color in mixer using paddle attachment for 3 minutes.
  • Glaze the donuts, sprinkle one side with desiccated coconut. Let it set for about 5-10 minutes
  • Pipe in the Deli Ube the center or the donut.
  • Décor with chocolate if desired.
