Choco Lava Cake

FILLING: Cremfil Ultim Hazelnut 

  • Mix all ingredients and mix for 1 minute at low speed and 3 minutes at medium speed.
  • Pipe 30g of the batter to the muffin pan followed by 15g of Cremfil Ultim Hazelnut. 
  • Top with 25g of the batter.
  • Bake at 180 C for 20-25minutes.
  • For an ultimate lava experience, microwave for 10-15s before serving.
