Not Your Ordinary Ube Cake


PROCEDURE: Moist Ube cake
  • Mix all the ingredients using paddle attachment for 4-5 minutes at medium speed until homogenous batter.  Divide the mixture in a 2pcs  8”in round pan with a grease proof paper liner.
  • Bake at 180⁰C for 30-45 minutes or until a cake tester inserted in the center of the cake comes  out clean . Let it cool .

PROCEDURE: Filling per
  • Whipped the chilled Ambiante using wire whisk for 5min. Medium speed. Set aside.
  • Spread Deli Ube and Creamy Yema as the filling for our ube moist cake.
  • Use the whipped Ambiante to cover the whole cake with whipped cream.
  • Mix the Mirrior Neutra with violet food color. Use this to glace the whole cake.
  • Decorate it with Carat White Chocolate decorations and other flower sugar candy.

PROCEDURE: Creamy Yema filling
  • Combine all the ingredients in a stainless steel bowl or heatproof glass bowl.
  • Place the bowl on top of a sauce pan with steaming water. Or use double boiler method.
  • On a medium  heat, continuously stir the mixture to avoid lumps until it becomes thick and spreadable consistency. Use wire whisk. Let cool before using.
