Forget Me Not Cake


PROCEDURE: Golden Cake Base
  • Mix all ingredients using paddle attachment for 3 minutes at medium speed until you achieve a homogenous batter. 
  • Pour the mixture in an  8” round pan with a wax paper liner.
  • Bake at 180⁰-200⁰C for 20-40 minutes or until a cake tester inserted in the center of the cake and comes  out clean. Let it cool.

PROCEDURE: Filling & Topping
  • Fold 50g of whipped Ambiante to a 50g Dulce de Leche. Use it  as a filling.
  • Use the remaining whipped Ambiante cream to cover the cake. Chill for about 10-15 mins.
  • Mix the Dulce de Leche and Miroir Neutre and use it to glaze the cake.
  • Decorate with chocolate decorations.
