PREPARATION

PANNA COTTA
  1. Bloom gelatin powder in cold water then set aside.
  2. Mix all the ingredients (except gelatin) together in a sauce pot then bring to boil. Melt the gelatin in the microwave the transfer into the mixture. Mix until homogenous
  3. Transfer to verrines then let it set in the chiller.
  4. Once firm and set. Fill the top with desired fillings
