Matcha Tres Leches Cake

Discover the delightful fusion of flavors in our Matcha Tres Leches Cake. This cake features a base of Tegral SATIN Moist Matcha Cake, soaked in a rich blend of Montamix to create the perfect tres leches experience. It is layered with creamy Festipak and Vivafil Strawberry, and elegantly decorated with Carat Coverlux Dark chocolate. Ideal for those who appreciate a unique combination of matcha, strawberry, and chocolate, it offers a delicious and satisfying bite that caters to modern tastes.

PREPARATION

MATCHA CAKE
  1. Combine all the Ingredients together. Mix for 4 minutes at medium speed. 
  2. Transfer to an 8x3 round pan. 
  3. Bake at 180C for 25 minutes. Let it cool. 

 

TRES LECHES

  1. Combine all the mixture in a saucepot together then bring to boil

 

STRAWBERRY CREAM

  1. Whip the two ingredients together using a whisk attachment at medium speed to stiff peaks.

 

TO ASSEMBLE: Cut the top of the cake. Freeze the cake, once frozen, pour the tres leches onto the cake. Pipe the cream on top. Cover the cake with Chocolate belt.
