Cake Batter Procedure

  • Using whisk attachment, mix all ingredients together except oil, for 2 mins at low speed.
  • Shift to high speed then mix for 6 minutes, shift to low speed while  gradually adding oil then mix for another 2 minutes.
  • Pour the batter into greased pan lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake at 170°C (Top heat) and 150°C (Bottom heat) for 40-42 minutes

Passion Fruit Chantilly Procedure

  • Using a whisk or paddle attachment, whip Ambiante at medium speed until soft peaks form.
  • Gently fold in Vivafil Passion Fruit until fully incorporated.
  • Chill before use.

Topping Procedure

  • Simply spread or pipe over the cooled cake as a flavorful topping
