Ube Cake Bars

Enjoy the unique flavors of our Ube Cake Bars. Made with a base of Tegral Satin Moist Ube Cake, these bars are filled with Deli Ube and topped with Ambiante. Perfect for those who love the distinct taste of ube, it offers a delicious and satisfying bite that caters to modern tastes.

PREPARATION

UBE CAKE BASE
  1. In a mixer, using a paddle attachment, mix all the ingredients for 3 minutes or until homogenous.
  2. Bake for 60-80 minutes at 180C or until cake test is done.

 

CHOCOLATE BUTTER SPRAY

  1. Melt the chocolate with the cocoa butter at 40C then spray onto the frozen cake.

 

TO ASSEMBLE: Cut the cake into three layers. Fill with Deli Ube and Ube Chantilly cream. Frost the cake with ube Chantilly cream. Freeze the cake. Make the chocolate belts, wrap around the cake. Pipe peaks of whipped cream on top of the cake.
