Clubhouse Donut Sandwich
  • Mix for 4 mins.
  • On low speed and another 8 mins on high.
  • Rest for 10 mins.
  • Scale into 50 g and roll.
  • Rest again for 15 mins.
  • Flatten the dough out and cut using a donut cutter (4-in round).
  • Rest for 30-45 mins.
  • Fry for 30 secs. 
  • Each side.
  • Let Cool.
  • By slicing the donut through its center, assemble the sandwich by layering all the fillings/toppings, one after the other.
  • You can pop it in a toaster for a few minutes to melt the cheese and for a slightly toasted donut. 
  • Enjoy!
