Halloween Donuts

Donut Base Procedure

  • Mix all ingredients at low speed for 2 minutes then high speed for 5 minutes or until    developed.
  • Round and rest the dough for 20 minutes.
  • Sheet the dough to desired thickness and cut.
  • Proof for 60-90 minutes or until the dough gives an imprint when pressed.
  • Fry at  185°C at 30-45 seconds per side, depending on the donut size. 

Fillings Procedure

Pipe your desired filling into the donuts. 

Chocolate Coating Procedure

Melt the chocolate in the microwave then dip the filled donuts. (Color the chocolate with oil-based colorant.)
