Preheat your oven to 180C.
Prepare 4-inch molds (1-inch height), properly greased/dusted.
For the cake: Mix all until smooth and well combined.
Using a piping bag, pipe 78g batter on each mold while folding in the inclusions.
Put some as toppings as well.
Bake for about 20-23 minutes or until cake tests clean.
Cool before unmolding.
