Working Method

Cake base (78g cake batter/bar)
  • Preheat your oven to 180C. 
  • Prepare 4-inch molds (1-inch height), properly greased/dusted.
  • For the cake: Mix all until smooth and well combined.
  • Using a piping bag, pipe 78g batter on each mold while folding in the inclusions. 
  • Put some as toppings as well.
  • Bake for about 20-23 minutes or until cake tests clean. 
  • Cool before unmolding.
