Olive Potato Bread

Procedure

  • Mix the ingredients except the potato, onion flakes Softgrain using hook attachment, 3 mins. Slow then 4 mins. High speed, add the remaining 3 ingredients and mix for another 2 mins at low speed until we reach the window pane.
  • Rest for 30 mins.
  • Cut into 200g. Rest for 20 mins.
  • Cut into small pieces and place in a greased round pan.
  • Rest for about 75 mins. at 30ºC 85 RH.  
  • Brush with pesto paste and olive oil, add the sliced olives.
  • Bake for  23 mins at 230°C.
