•Mix the ingredients using hook attachment, 3 mins. slow then 8 mins. high speed or until we reach the window pane. - Add Belcolade Grains until properly incorporated.
•Rest for 30 mins.
•Cut into 420gms roll into a ball.
•Flat and fill with Cremfil Classic Vanilla and brown sugar mixture.
•Roll into a log, cut the sides and form into a ring.
•Rest for about 45 mins.
•Brush with Sunset Glaze.
•Bake for 18-25 mins at 180°C
•Mix all ingredient for 5-7 minutes until smooth.
•Rest in the proofer in 120 minutes.
•Mix cinnamon, nutmeg and brown sugar.
•Spread 50g of Cremfil Classic Vanilla and sprinkle with the brown sugar mixture.
•Mix and pipe on top of the bread.
