Vanilla Loaf with Love

Ingredients

PROCEDURE: Red Velvet Base
  • Mix all the ingredients for 5 minutes at medium speed using paddle attachment.  Pour in a 12x16x1 jelly roll pan with grease proof paper. Bake for 20-25 minutes at 180°C.
  • Let It cool. Cut the red velvet using heart shape cookie cutter. Pile up the heart shape red velvet and place in the center of the loaf pan.

PROCEDURE: Vanilla Cream Batter:
  • Mix all the ingredients for 5 minutes at medium speed using paddle attachment.
  • In a 6 x 3 x 2 ½ loaf pan with grease proof paper, pour the vanilla batter covering only ¼ of the loaf pan. Gently pile up the heart shape red velvet and place it in the center of the loaf pan with vanilla batter.
  • Cover the red velvet heart shapes with the remaining vanilla batter, filling ¾ of the loaf pan. Sprinkles some nuts or dried fruits or some chocolate chips on top.
  • Bake for about 25-30 minutes.
