Procedure

Waffle Procedure

  • Mix all ingredients for 3 minutes at low speed.
  • Rest the batter for 3-5 minutes.
  • Transfer to the waffle- making machine and cook for 3.5 - 4 minutes or until golden brown. 

Topping Procedure

  • Combine cinnamon powder and sugar.
  • Toss the waffle churros in the mixture before serving.

Chocolate Sauce Procedure

  • In a bowl, combine all chocolates and set aside.
  • Heat the red tea, glucose, and Festipak together and bring to a boil.
  • Steep for 15 minutes and strain the mixture.
  • Pour over the chocolate mixture.
  • When the mixture reaches 30°C, add the butter and mix until smooth.
