  • Combine and mix all ingredients for 3 minutes at a low speed, then increase to high speed for 7 more minutes
  • Rest the dough for 30 minutes
  • Cut the dough; 200 grams each
  • Rest the dough again for 15 minutes
  • Spread the dough in a 12’ inch pizza pan
  • Final dough fermentation for 45 minutes
  • Bake at 200° C for 8 minutes
  • Prepare filling and assemble as preferred
