BASE:
1.Mix all ingredients until you obtain a soft homogenous dough for approximately 3 minutes.
2.Roll and slightly flatten the dough into a baking sheet and wrap. Put the dough into the chiller for at least 30 minutes.
3.When the dough is manageable, flatten it to the desired thickness using a dough sheeter. Cut it according to the molder.
4.Bake at 170C- 180C until it reaches the desired color
