Dough Procedure

Mix the ingredients until it is homogenous and form into a dough then add other ingredients.

Portion into 60g each then place another chunk of chocolate or toppings before baking
Bake at 180 top then 180 bottom for 12 minutes, be careful not to overbake.
Let it rest then add chocolate decorations then serve

Chop up the chocolate into chunks and chopped nuts then mix into the cookie batter before baking.
