WORKING METHOD

  • Cream together the butter and sugar until fluffy. Add the egg, vanilla, salt and baking soda, then fold in the cake crumbs, flour and Belcolade. Add the milk and continue mixing until if forms into a dough.
  • Scale into desired weight. Place in a greased pan.
  • Bake at 180°C for 10-12 mins or depending on the size of the cookie.
