Rainbow Vanilla Cake
  • In a mixing bowl with a paddle attachment mix for 5 min. at medium speed all the ingredients.
  • Divide the batter into three then mix in red, orange and green colorant.
  • Transfer to three 8x2 diameter round pan.
  • Bake in a deck oven at 180C for 25-30 mins.

Chocolate Hazelnut Filling
  • Whip the whole liter of Ambiante at medium speed until stiff peaks.

Vanilla Whipped Cream
  • Place the sponge in a cake board then alternately fill and layer the cake with Cremfil Ultim Hazelnut and Ambiante.
  • Frost the cake with Ambiante, decorate as desired.
