INGREDIENTS

PREPARATION

CAKE BASE

  • In a mixer, using a paddle attachment, mix all the ingredients for 3 minutes or until homogenous. 
  • Bake for 60-80 minutes at 180C or until cake test is done.
CRUMBLE
  • Combine and mix the sugar and flour together, melt the butter then pour into the mixture until it forms a crumble. 
  • Transfer to a sheet tray lined with parchment paper, bake at 180C for 18 minutes or until golden brown.
STRAWBERRY CHANTILLY CREAM
  • Whip Ambiante and Cremfil Bavarian Crème Strawberry  to stiff peaks.
ASSEMBLY
  • Cut the cake into 2 three layers. 
  • Fill with Strawberry Cream filling and Strawberry Chantilly cream. 
  • Frost the cake with Strawberry Chantilly Cream. Pipe some floral whipped cream then arrange asymmetrically on top of the cake. 
  • Dust with Silver powder.
