PREPARATION

• Mix the ingredients using hook attachment, 3 minutes slow then 8 minutes high speed or until we reach the window pane.

• Rest for 30-45 mins.

• Punch in and rest again for another 30 mins.

• Cut into desired weight, roll into a ball.

• Place in a mold.

• Rest for about 45 mins at 37°C

• Brush with Sunset Glaze

• Bake at 180°C depending on the size.
