Dough Procedure

  1. Using a dough hook, mix all ingredients on low speed for 3 minutes, then on high speed for 8 minutes, or until the dough reaches the windowpane stage.
  2. Let the dough rest for 30 minutes.
  3. Divide the dough into 30g portions, roll each into a ball, and place them on a tray.
  4. Let the dough rest for about 45 minutes at 37°C.
  5. Brush each roll with Sunset Glaze.
  6. Bake at 180°C, adjusting the time depending on the size of the rolls.

Topping Procedure

  1. Mix the grated cheese and pizza topping herbs.
  2. Sprinkle on top of the dough after applying Sunset Glaze
