Dough Procedure

  • Using a dough hook, mix all ingredients on low speed for 3 minutes, then on high speed for 8 minutes, or until the dough reaches the windowpane stage.
  • Let the dough rest for 30 minutes.
  • Divide the dough into 30g portions, roll each into a ball, and place them on a tray.
  • Let the dough rest for about 45 minutes at 37°C.
  • Brush each roll with Sunset Glaze.
  • Bake at 180°C, adjusting the time depending on the size of the rolls.

Topping Procedure

  • Mix the grated cheese and pizza topping herbs.
  • Sprinkle on top of the dough after applying Sunset Glaze
