BASE:
•Mix Montamix and fresh milk together until homogenous
•In a blender place all ingredients together then pulse until the ice is crushed then continue blending for 2-3 minutes until the mixture is frothy.
•Place additional chocolate syrup on the sides of the cup for garnish (this is optional)
•Place drinks in two 16oz plastic cups
•Served cold with whipped cream
TOPPING
•Whip Ambiante until soft to medium peaks then place into a piping bag then pipe on top then dust a small amount of cocoa powder for garnish.
